Your privacy is important to us.  We will never trade, lease or sell your name or e-mail address information.  Billing will appear on your credit card or bank account statement as JSI or MetaSystem or Judy Singer Inc.  Your Fat Fighting System order will be shipped discreetly in a plain package.

OUR GUARANTEE:
First of all it is important to note that we do not auto-ship our products.  All orders require an authorization from you each and every month or the product will not be shipped.

• Please call or e-mail us prior to returning your product for either a refund or an exchange to receive an RMA number, which will be provided by JSI Management. This number, along with your name and address, with your returned items must be received items within 7 business days of issuing your return authorization number for your refund or exchange to be processed.
  
  

• All returns will be subject to a 15% handling fee and will be credited for product only not cost of shipping.
  
  

• A minimum of 25% of an opened container is required for return and the amount of the return is amortized with the number of pills returned.
  
  

• Please return all containers to us, postage paid, for refund or exchange (opened and unopened). Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for containers that are not returned.
  There is a 30 day window for returns which starts from the day you received your product – Returns received after this will not be processed.
  
  

• Please make certain to contact us so that we may assist you in achieving results before considering the return. Our customers are satisfied and our goal is to keep them that way. Satisfaction is usually received when the product and company do their best at Customer Service and assistance and the customer is willing to follow product directions.
  Benefits vary, however by staying in touch with our office and counselors, we work with you and will customize the product to your body and needs to help make sure that all of the claims we make about our products are in fact what you are receiving. In order to receive a credit of any kind, please note that we would like to assure your success and make you a satisfied customer and require the opportunity to discuss and validate the reason for your return.
  
  

• Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of JSI on a case by case basis.
  
  

SECURITY
State-of-the-Art Encryption Technology is being using to process online orders.  All orders are processed via a secure server certified by Verisign.  We also use an Address Verification System to compare your billing address with the address on file with your credit card issuer or bank.  Please note that unless these match, we cannot process your order.
